Quad tours

Enjoy the breezy sense of streaking through lush green forests on your quad and taking a break by one of the deep blue lakes. Perhaps we even pass by a moose. No previous experience is necessary. We first explain to you how to safely steer your vehicle. All of our tours take us through the fascinating summer landscape of Swedish Lapland.
Depending on the length of the excursion we make one or more stops, in order to bolster our energy. In the case of multi-day tours we stay overnight in cosy cabins or a typical Kota tent.
After hours rich with experiences we return tired but happy to the POLARCTIS Lodge, where we head to the open air BBQ area or the Grillkota depending on the weather, to grill sausages on the open fire, drink a cooling drink and chat about our shared adventure.

Midnight sun tour

During the days when the sun stays above the horizon 24 hours a day, we can experience a special kind of quad tour together. We depart from the POLARCTIS Lodge at around 10.00 pm and travel through the only slightly dusky night. At midnight we enjoy a snack and, with a bit of luck, observe the nighttime activities of nocturnal animals. We head back at around 1.00 am and sink happily into our beds.

Quad rental

You hire a quad from us including all equipment and simply head off under your own steam. Thus, you discover the colourful summer landscape and the deep blue lakes that surround the POLARCTIS Lodge. If you wish you can stop en route to take a break, try your luck at fishing or BBQ sausages taken with you.
